Does one exist? I did want avchat but they dont have an integration kit :(

Arrow Chat has just been updated to work with IP4.  We use it on our site.  It uses TinyChat for video, which is free, although the quality is not as good as say Skype.  The chat feature itself works pretty good, although, after looking at AV Chat, I am not sure Arrow Chat will really fit your needs as AV Chat looks to be primarily video, well Arrow Chat is primarily text with video available.

​yeh that way different to what im looking for. Im using tinychat now but i get a lot of trolls with vpns hence why i needed the integration kits. requiring an account makes it much less hassle to mod.

The arrow chat is integrated for members only.  Plus you can set group perms as well.

​Well im talking with avchat. Might just pay them to integrate it.
