Excellent Customer Service

I can remember way back in 2002 using IPB and getting top notch customer service which remains to this day. As much as I like to think I know about IPB software the truth is I don't know as much as I would like to think or wish to know. I wish I knew more but it is what it is. IPB has always helped me with any issues, problems, questions , etc. I would like to take the time to say thank you to a few of the staff that have helped me. Those are Mark, Brandon, Lindy, and Rhett. You guys have really helped me out. :)

As always, thanks guys and I really appreciate your help and support. :)
