What is the best way to pin a POST to the top of a TOPIC? In 3.4 I used Best Answer. Now that is gone.

As it states, what is the best way to pin a POST to the top of a TOPIC? In 3.4 I used Best Answer. Now that is gone in 4.0.

Question and answer forums act differently now. I don't want them to be sorted differently. I just want to highlight a post. See we have things like contests and things on my site and I always highlight the new contest in a long-running topic. That is just one example.

Best Answer always worked for me in 3.4 except for the fact that I could not mark post #1, which was needed sometimes for the following pages (so post #1 was highlighted at the top of page #2, etc.). 

I see Post Highlights is an upcoming feature but it looks like it works like tagging, and will not pin a post. Will it?

What would be the best solution here? Thanks!
