EX126 Error

Ever since installing 4.01 I keep getting this EX126 error on the homepage of the forum.

Also is there a way to restart all the reputation to zero? When I try to do it to individual profiles it won't save because I had some custom fields in the profiles before and I can't delete them.

Try running the support tool in the ACP.  If that doesn't resolve the issue, submit a ticket so we can take a look.
