Gimpymoo Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 We have to submit tickets as we cannot update ourselves.I was advised that upgrade requests have to go through Install/Upgrade requests which is fine.The ticket system advises to "do it yourself" to avoid the wait for an agent to do it for you. Cloud customers have no choice. The current wait time is 8 days.This is not a moan (Well, maybe it is a little), I just think there has to be a better option for Cloud hosted customers?Many thanks.
Rhett Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 The auto upgrader will return soon, for now you must submit a ticket, we are working hard on upgrades however, and as you can expect, everyone wants to upgrade at the same time, so the times are a bit longer than normal. Thanks for understanding though.
