NinjaPP Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 Not sure if this is a bug or not but i tried to login to IPS using my 'Display Name' and it kept telling me the account didn't exist.I then used the email with the same password and it let me in.Wasn't sure if i should report this or not
Storyteller Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 I have problems too. For me Display Name and Email didn't work. I submitted a support ticket because Client Area works fine and after that I was logged in. Logged out and than tried to log in again with no success. Replied to the ticket and I'm in again.

Izaya Orihara Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 I am having the same issues tbh. Idk what is going on with that, but I am just glad I remembered the email tbh as I usually never can remember that.
