gScene Posted February 4, 2015 Share Posted February 4, 2015 Hi, I am new to the Admin level of a newly installed IPB suite. I have moderated a previous version, and I am getting the hang of it. I have set up all the forums and permissions within them, but every single new topic that is started in any forum is going straight to moderation. Even admins starting topics get the message "This post will need approval from a moderator before it is shown" and there is no way we want the board set up this way. I went into each forum and edited the portable settings and put moderation to no. I can't find any explanation for this in the documentation guides and we are getting ready to launch the site. gScene Posted February 4, 2015 Author Share Posted February 4, 2015 After I went back into the cpanel, I realized we had edited all the permissions for every group but the Admin, and that was the ONLY one set to moderate everyone in this group.
