shyest
Is there a way like 3.4.6 to have your default app show on the root but have your forums within the /forums folder? Thanks for you timeShyest
craigf136
If you have pages/gallery/downloads/commerce as default, the url structure will be www.domain.com or whichever sub directory you install it too. Forum will be www.domain.com/index.php?/forums/ it will not reside in a sub directory of www.domain.com/forum/ as far as I'm aware.
shyest
Currently my main site is in a sub directory /forums Is there a way to show pages in the root folder instead at /forums?
craigf136
I currently have the forums with /forum/ directory and doing away with it entirely when V4 releases, I'll be installing the suite under www.domain.com and not using /forum/ at all. so all apps will be installed to www.domain.com, to be honest you don't need seperate folder structures with V4. shyest
I understand that. However I don't want to pay the $15 to get it moved since there's a change in flow with the new version.
craigf136
You don't pay it if you haven't changed in a 6 month period, you can also have a chat to them if you have - IPS staff are very helpful.
