Prevent IPS4 from sending emails

I'm testing a conversion from 3.4.7 to IPS4 beta4.
Do you know if it's possible to momentarily prevent the board from sending emails?

Create a directory and make it writable, then in constants.php add:

define( 'EMAIL_DEBUG_PATH', '/path/to/debug/dir' );

I can't find it.

You'll need to create the constants.php file.

Yes, create it in the root (of IPS4) and add the line Stuart posted
