What's the actual error? ACP > Stats and Logs > Logs > SQL Error Logs.

If you can't get into your ACP... FTP /cache/sql_error_latest.cgi

What can I do to solve this problem?

"Too many connections" is a SQL server issue, not an IP.Board issue.

That's something your Host will need to adjust. They have to increase the connection limits.
