Unless they are user emails from your forum you'd need to use an external bulk mailer.

I've already given you an answer, and as this appears to have nothing to do with IPS the topic should probably be moved to general coding or closed. 0.o

As was mentioned, you'd have to use a 3rd-party mail program or host.

There's no provision to mass-mail anyone from the board if they are not user accounts already entered.

As this is not an IP.Board support question, I've moved the topic to the appropriate area.
