joelle
What do you think about the new opensource editor bootstrap-wysiwyg? This editor is only 5kb in size which is why it loads very fast.
bfarber
I clicked into the editor, hit the b button, then the i button, and it deselected the b button. I typed some text (which was italic), then highlighted it and hit the b button again and it didn't do anything. I clicked after the text and hit the b button and now it lights up and bolds the text. I think any editor we use has to be able to at least bold and italicize the text properly via the interface or the size of it is irrelevant. Besides that, we need many complex custom capabilities that a newer editor like this probably can't offer. http://screencast.com/t/pWbSyRC45L1

gmaister22
I prefer the Redactor WYSIWYG html editor... but it's paid. Redactor seems awesome. I don't think 400$ is much for IPS for a decent editor...
