I have serious problem trying to login with my client account ChrisTERiS_ . Even if my password was correct (I had keep me login on, plus the password was on browser's memory) I was unable to login. In any case I used the "Password recovery", and there started the hell. Till now and in 5 days duration I've request password change, I've activated it, but again I was getting password error. Don't know if it has sence or not, but the emails for activation and new password info took hours to come. Sometimes more than 12 hours!!!.
Finally I opened this account which works, but again the email with the confirmation link tooks 7 1/2 hours to come. But at least the account works.
How I can safety reset the password from my main account?
I had the same issue... thought it was just my accounts. I am having the same issue with my other account. I can't register with my other username or email. the Forums emails me a password but it doesn't work! it is really annoying
I had this and i submitted a Ticket and they fixed the problem promptly, as i could login to my client area but not the forums. Check to see if you guys can do that to. As it may be a fault with IP.Board itself, or the way they integrate their users.
