Feld0
Lightboxes are great, but the one that the IPS suite currently integrates does not take a user's window size and screen resolution into account when it opens up. It's not a problem for small images, but when a user posts a high-resolution photo or art piece... ...whoa. :frantics: There are plenty of lightbox scripts out there, many of which resize an image larger than the browser window to fit into it. I would love to see one of them replace the suite's current lightbox in a future release, as the current one poses a rather significant UX issue. Perhaps even IP.Gallery 5's beautiful lightbox could be used, for visual consistency with the rest of the suite.
Rimi
:) I think they're going to be making their own custom lightbox for 4.0. :)

GreenLinks
Agreed , lightbox needs to check browser width and adjust max-width according tot hat. Should be an easy fix.
bfarber
The 4.0 Suite will switch to jQuery, at which point our lightbox options will be less limited than they are now using the Prototype javascript framework.
