(Seriously, the moderation on there is awful.) It's a good place to go when you need to vent. :D Now just waiting for the OP to reply again. I'm hoping they'll realize that they're already getting support that's above and beyond what was promised during their purchase. Tact also helps when dealing with support, because being reasonable tends to get a better response from those providing support. If anything, it actually helps get extra support because the support person feels the desire to 'go that one extra step' and I only get upset with a support person if they are seeming airheaded or distracted when it comes to my reason for contacting them.
