Character limit setting for members titles, we had some trolls exploiting this were they have a member title that goes half way across the page.

I can't imagine why someone would want this feature.

This is a very handy function to have. As it happens a week or so ago I wrote a hook that does that for my own forum as I had a few members who started to abuse it by making their custom titles too long.
