In my opinion, since IPS don't offer VPS services, I don't particularly see a problem with this. I'm not staff though.

Honest review? There are loads out there..

The general is... the are cheap for a reason, BurstNet have had MANY issue in the past few years, I used to be one of their customers, however after 2 years of 95% downtime on a dedicated server with them, I moved to http://knownhost.com, not had any problems since! 99.9% uptime for the last year.

IntoVPS is imo the best for budget VPSes. 6sync for premium.
