Not sure if many would care about it or not, but for me personally it would be useful on certain sites to glance over and remind yourself if you ever PMed the person before. And maybe even have it be a link to that latest conversation with the person. If I make a certain site I am thinking of making I may make this as a hook as it would be useful personally.
