Posted March 10, 201113 yr Hello. Not sure if this is the proper place for this, but I felt like I should leave a note. I am simply AMAZED with IPB support. No only with their knowledge, but their consistent effort to go above and beyond to meet my needs. Even when it's borderline outside the scope of support. They never tell me no. And together, we ALWAYS resolve the issues in a timely manner. Most recently I undertook the huge task of combining 2 IPB forums (on separate servers) into one new forum. The task was daunting to say the least. But IPB was there for every step of the way. Even going as far as modifying their converters to work for me. And fixing the DB when things went array. I really can't say enough. I definitely feel like I get my moneys worth out of you guys. Thanks again :)
March 11, 201113 yr Indeed. From what I have seen around here, Ipb 's customer service and support is second to none.
