I think the ignore feature is internal to IPB itself. Would make sense for it to do some sort of filtering in other areas (show that something is there but remind you that you've chosen to ignore the user, so you can view it if you want, otherwise it doesn't show you anything, even randomly).

I wished the ignored feature made ignored users not exist at all to the one ignoring, not just hide.
