Skins and install

Ok, so I am about to run a Subdreamer site (nothing fancy) and the main component of the site will be the forums. I am looking at using IPB, but I am terrible with skins, just terrible. I've tried, i've failed, i've moved on. How easy is it to find someone on here to skin the forums to the same as the site (with all of the information, images and everything provided)? Of course, this would all be at a price, at the skinners discretion (nothing unreasonable though).

Also is there anyway to pay for someone to integrate the forum into the rest of the site? Whilst I can and have done it before, i've never used Subdreamer or IPB before, and will almost certainly screw up somewhere.

Thanks for any and all help. =)

There are quite a few custom skinners and site architects here, there are a few forums you could post in (on this site or others like www.invisionmodding.com, the others escape my memory right now) and get replies either wanting to talk more about it or recommending people who can do it.

Try looking through the resource site links to find skinners. :)

It won't let me view them? Do I have to have purchased IPB3 first?
