Possibility of a refund?

Send an email to the sales department and if your payment gets approved before they get the email, do NOT download the software. If they see you haven't downloaded the software, then they don't have anything to risk losing by giving a refund. But once you do, they can't know if you're going to keep a copy of it or not.

Also, would recommend submitting a ticket (if you have access to do so). Try all available ways of contacting them to make sure they get a message a.s.a.p. :)
