The tickets system from Client Area is working?

I have 8 tickets with no answer with the following period of time: 3h, 4h,5h, 15h,2 days,2 days, 7days, 7days

Is the tickets system functional or it's locked, I am amazed that I got no answer at a least 1 ticket.

PS:I hope I get here some answers, I think Client Area support is dead.

typical support and inquires take about 1 day to respond :) and depending how busy they are as well so give it some time they will get to it

If you post your ticket #'s here, then one of the staff may check into them to see why there is a delay in response times to them. No promises though, just it might help your cause.

Unless I am missing tickets, you have no open tickets that were created more than 16 hours ago. If I am missing a ticket please let me know :)

Charles also said that they're no records of any tickets that are older than 16 hours.

I said 2/8 are older of 7 days cant you read the whole sentence to the end?
I have 8 tickets opened and no answer believe me, then I think something is wrong with the tickets system , probably bugged.
I have 6 tickets for IP.Downloads and 2 for IP.Board

Shall I open again the same tickets?

Ideally, you should really wait 48 hours before creating any threads like this.

Post the ticket numbers. Then Charles can look them up for you.

I would not suggest re-opening them, you should probably post their ticket numbers here so a staff member can see why they aren't showing up when they look for your tickets.

Ah yes I do see 3 other tickets in there now... it appears they were not assigned properly. I will get those fixed and a tech should see them to reply.
