trilobit
We opened a ticket (468766) with a request over a month ago and didn't get any response until now. That is of course apart from the automated response. Is there anything wrong?
Louis M.
I just tried pulling up the ticket, but for some reason I can not view it. Can you please resubmit your ticket for us to help you.
Keith J. Kacin
It seems this was assigned to management/sales. I will try to get someone to follow up on this by the time I get into work today, if someone hasn't already.
trilobit
Something new about this? I haven't heard anything until now.
Management Lindy Posted April 24, 2008 Management Share Posted April 24, 2008 My apologies for your ticket falling into the cracks. Please allow us a couple more days to get a multiple license quote together and then follow up with you on any questions you might have. Thank you for your interest. trilobit
Sorry for asking again, but can we expect an answer in the near future? Apart from the replies in this thread we didn't get any answer to our request until now.
China J
I don't work for IPS, but I can tell you this for sure... Everyone there is really cool to work and do business with. Some of the staff there I knew way back before they even hired in there and they are just as caring now as they were before. As they mentioned above an unfortunate accident. Rest assure, they will follow up with you in a A+ manner. You don't have to take my word for it, but I'm sure others will jump in this thread and re-affirm what I just said :P
Josh Flamel
I think the customer service at Invision is top of the line. Mistakes happen, even to the best of us. But I really wouldn't do business with any other board out there. :)
ehren.
Maybe ask at the forums and see if anyone can help before sending a ticket? Or is it something only IPS can help you with?

The customer service the ipb staff provides is top-notch, first class. I am a very satisfied customer as well.
