Posted April 21, 200816 yr We opened a ticket (468766) with a request over a month ago and didn't get any response until now. That is of course apart from the automated response. Is there anything wrong?
April 21, 200816 yr I just tried pulling up the ticket, but for some reason I can not view it. Can you please resubmit your ticket for us to help you.

April 30, 200816 yr I don't work for IPS, but I can tell you this for sure... Everyone there is really cool to work and do business with. Some of the staff there I knew way back before they even hired in there and they are just as caring now as they were before. As they mentioned above an unfortunate accident. Rest assure, they will follow up with you in a A+ manner. You don't have to take my word for it, but I'm sure others will jump in this thread and re-affirm what I just said :P
April 30, 200816 yr I think the customer service at Invision is top of the line. Mistakes happen, even to the best of us. But I really wouldn't do business with any other board out there. :)

The customer service the ipb staff provides is top-notch, first class. I am a very satisfied customer as well.
