So there is a chance that it occurred in the 2.2.0 upgrade.The users discovered the problem after a discussion about the blacklist function, initially they didn't know about that function at all..Probably very few use it so I think the best solution will be to clear this field for all members directly in the DB.But I cant find it, anyone who knows where the blocklists are stored?
