About the ticket response time

I had an enquiry earlier today and a small request for some details to be changed...

(These are UK times)

I opened a new ticket at 10:28 and had a reply at 10:32 from Debbie to let me know my ticket would be forwarded to the appropriate person. At 10:37 Blake replied to let me know my request had been completed.

So thats 9 minutes for everything :thumbsup:
