I had an enquiry earlier today and a small request for some details to be changed...(These are UK times)I opened a new ticket at 10:28 and had a reply at 10:32 from Debbie to let me know my ticket would be forwarded to the appropriate person. At 10:37 Blake replied to let me know my request had been completed.So thats 9 minutes for everything :thumbsup: Thanks :cool:

I've always found my requests to be responded to in a very timely manner. IPS does an awesome job. :)
