I just wanted to throw out some well deserved kudo's. In todays world of increasing prices for substandard service that has become so prevalent I must say it's rather refreshing to receive not only acceptable, but outstanding service. Since buying IP.Board a couple of months ago I've had to open up three tickets. Not only the professionalism but the quick resolution to each ticket was refreshing. I didn't receive any "I feel your pain, do you need a hug?" or "Please upgrade the latest driver" canned response. What I did receive was a quick reply, identification of the problem with even an offer to fix it for me. Well the answer I received was enough for me to resolve the issues without delay, I appreciate that very much.

My hat goes off to your support personnel especially "Jasonl" and "Josh Harris", they both did an outstanding job for the tickets I opened.
