Avatar in member_bar

Hello,

I am changing the skin about a lil, and i was wondering how to make the current members avatar display in the members_bar section.

I have tried everything i know, & have nothing. i tried this code {$member['_avatar']} but that doesnt work.

What peice of code would i use

can anyone help me?
