Did you join this forum just to tell on somebody that you clearly have a grudge against?

Without proof you cannot say if its illegal, because its not possible for anyone but IPS Staff to know for sure if its illegal or not.

and that is why he is here to report it just in case it does happen to be illegal...
even if he does have a grudge, if the board is suspected to be illegal he should still report it.
