Fatal Error

When both members and new members are using our site they are often getting the following message.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in e:\domains\f\fm-ace.co.uk\user\htdocs\forums\ips_kernel\class_db_mysql_client.php on line 555

I have contacted our hosting site and they have said it is not a problem at our end, so I was wondering if you guys could shed any light on the matter.

Is it the way we have set the board up or something else?
