Sad, that. I'd contact bfarber right away if I were you.

I have contacted the skin author about this (he submitted it on my site as well) and I have also hidden the file at IPSBeyond. I asked the author to either update the skin to use his own buttons, or if he doesn't we'll have to remove the submission.
