Tickets going to the wrong department

When you submit a new ticket, if you select an IDM license from "Which is this related to?" - it sends the ticket to the "Marketing: Account Assistance" department rather than the Technical Support.
I have to keep calling you every time I submit ticket about IDM

I've asked Josh to check it - they weren't configured to go anywhere specific. He's updated them to go to General technical support (which is where I thought they were originally directed to anyways).
