Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted November 4, 200618 yr This time problem is really starting to get old, can't you try rebuilding the post caches, or something..I don't know, It's just starting to annoy me, not knowing which topics are new or old, if I've replied to them or not etc. I realize that it's a CPanel error (or so I've been told) but wouldn't rebuilding some of the caches help, somewhat?I know other sites that have CPanel and don't have this problem.
November 4, 200618 yr I have seen one site the completely crashed do to the same issue.Or it would not let the owner do any thing as it said she had to wait 24 hours do to the flood control.
November 4, 200618 yr Well I just read the bug tracker and bfarber just said to wait it out, so I'll do it, ignore/lock/delete this topic if you want.
November 4, 200618 yr The time problem appears to be leveling out, at lest in this thread. The board is now only seeing present time.
November 4, 200618 yr No amount of rebuilding caches would fix the issue - the only way to fix it would be to have selectively fixed post dates, topic start dates, and any other dates in the database affecting the issue.
