krang Posted October 18, 2006 Share Posted October 18, 2006 Hi there,I'm just wondering wether you can add a possibility to make global threads just like the announcements.I want to have global threads (that the people can answer to the global announcements) and polls. The thread is posted in one forum (like any offtopic of the board or something like that) and you can just do a global pin on it, if you're an administrator or moderator (just like the announcements). The threads will appear also in the "important topic" list next to the only pinned topics in a forum. But maybe with another tag in front of them to mark them as global threads. I use [ .: pin :. ] for pinned threads and I would use [ .: global :. ] for the other ones. So you can make an announcement with information and get feedback from the other users.
