This might be a good idea. for those using Sigma or Parsa chat but what about an IRC plugin and allow rules and agreement to be agreed to before the member can join the chat. an agree or disagree button at the bottom they disagree to the terms they are sent back to the board indeas. if they agree off to the chat they go?

Not quire sure about this. ParaChat is what IPS supports, but the SigmaChat plugin hasnt been updated to take advantage of it's new features. I am going to be making a new plugin for SigmaChat based on it's new feature set.

They do have an IRC plugin on IPS Beyond (being used), but it's never worked for me.
