custom filed for topic per forum

in each forum setting giving the ability to remove the optional Topic Description field and adding any number of custom filed ..
example
in IPB Mods section In IPSB remove Topic Description field and adding version field (not optional) and adding a place in the topic

what is your opinion all ??

Sounds like a good idea....but probably left better to a mod...

i think it must be a built in mod
