Beta releases are encoded so they can better control the release and ensure any reported problems are code-related and not due to modifications. Please ensure you are familiar with how to install Zend or IonCube encoded PHP software. there for u need zend optimizer or ioncube to use that, from the error u are having it means your server doesnt support both.
U should contact your host administarator and ask him to install the zend or ion on the server.

Do not use this software on a public install. The software will expire after October 15, 2006 and may contain issues that prevent it from operating properly. Wait for the final series for your public boards.

Don't forget that ioncube for free, there is also version that requires 10 dollar to the activation of the system as needs. In my opinion, preferable to use in IonCube. We thought to contact our host administrator and ask them to install the zend or ion on the server.
