What is the quickest way to make sure all members are in their correct promotional groups by post count?

I had originally a few of these groups but added a new one in between the others and I don't want to have to go through every single account to check. I've been through a few of them and some are out of sync.

I've found with the announcements message, you are limited to the amount of text you can put in there and links do not show as 'linked'. 

Would be nice if global header message was updated @Pete :)

In System > Advanced Configuration

You probably need to change the Template disk cache path (under the Server Environment tab)

 

And you also probably need to change the full path of the Directory (under the Data Storage tab)

 

In both cases this may be needed if the directory where your IPS installation was the old domain name and now is the new domain name instead.

So, maybe it's just changing part of the path (simply replace name of old directory or domain with name of new directory or domain). Chances are the rest of the path remains the same if you haven't migrated to a different server.

Hello, I wonder if anybody can give me some advice on what to do.

I changed my domain name to another domain name and keeping all the same data already from my website. I have old domain forwarding to my new domain.

New domain Url changed in config_global and license updated with new domain url.

The issue I'm having is now I have white pages with black text. 

Is this due to new domain url that needs to be added somewhere in the database or is it some kind of cache issue or something else?

It would also be a great addition to have a message area above the chats for admins to post messages and links that stay there or that can be edited at any time.

It would be a great addition for admin to put in automated messages that appear in the Chatbox after so many member Chats made. We had something similar in the older versions of IPB.

Hello, is there a plugin that shows how many users are looking at each forum on the index page?

I proceeded to ask my webhost about this and they gave me a link to stackoverflow site to do it myself. They have faith where as I do not. I have no idea and wouldn't like to attempt such a thing.

Right, I think I've got it. Thank you. I wish we had stuck with the older promotion in the group settings, much clearer.

Yes, as I said I saw that but when you try to set it up for post rank promotions it does not have post ranks in the set up. It is totally confusing.

I upgraded from 4.4 to 4.5 but not the latest. I always had groups when they reach a certain post rank, they would rank up to the next member group.

I cannot see anything in ACP that shows this anymore.

I have searched and found Group Promotions but don't see anything about post rank and how to let a member move to another group when they've reached their goal.

I'm totally confused by this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I set up a new group Arcade Moderator, the member is now unable to receive messages. I can't seem to find anything in their permissions to fix it.

Good idea. Or even a notification to say the member has changed/been promoted to another group.
