Hi, thanks for the swift response. Does this mean that there is no difference in backup content between a requested one and your own recurrent ones? Also none in backup storage or restoration issues? How frequent are your automatic backups, approximately? Thank you. -
According to the info online (https://invisioncommunity.com/faq/), "Clients with a Standard or enterprise license can request full backups any time. We'll provide you with a download link within one business day." Is a Creator license included under "Standard"? I cannot find that stated anywhere.

Hello. I need to allow a Content Provider (CP) access to a specific area of the forum, where CP has special privileges. So, CP group created, privileges set, works fine. However, if I want to optionally allow some individuals within the CP group member access also, set as secondary group, he inherits CP group special privileges for all member accessible regions. How do I make it so that special (non-member) privileges are exclusive to the forum areas I defined, when I add a secondary group? Any help appreciated

Yes, I appreciate the possibility this offers of controlling the presence of widgets using various themes, but perhaps the initial settings using the >> visibility option should contain a link or note to the Theme setting above?

Yes, I'm logged in. Members have reported not seeing it on mobile, either. There's only the normal stuff as I scroll down, no sidebar widgets. They are of course visible on a PC.

Hi, when I use the >> tab and check items (Topics and Posts) on the sidebar (right side) I can set under "Visiblity" the option "show on all devices". I've done this, but the widgets still do not appear. Are these inactivated elsewhere? Where can I find this setting? Thanks.

Hi, thanks for the replies. As our site is small and just starting, I've simply removed the donation page altogether. We'll go with a quick and dirty PayPal/patreon external link for now, rather can add or edit code. Not optimal, but as I'm a newbie, it'll do until we can afford a backup/sandbox package.
