At the moment we are moderating with a word filter for @ in a loose way. This includes emails which we already had set to moderation anyway, we will advise the members not to use it.

Thanks Can this be set so that a group member can only tag someone in their group? Can this be set so that all groups are excluded from the listing?

We have a use case where we have groups that are private from each other, some members are using the @ tagging and this can tag members from other groups and cause issues. Can we turn this off?

Thank you for your help folks, it was the theme error made me wonder, then also it had just had an update. I forgot to follow that thread, thanks for spotting that Randy I will indeed keep it disabled, but it's an excellent app so hope it gets resolved soon.

Hi Mark, ok, did that exactly as you said and the same error is thrown when I enable Forms. And it goes away when I disable forms. Is that conclusive?

Am I misunderstanding what is written on the screen, I haven't installed anything that I know of that would cause this, I just unwisely edited the default theme

So this is not working, because creating a new default theme with the green button starts by making a copy of the existing default theme. These are customised. How do I get a new default theme? I was still getting the error even using the support tool and turning off customisations and then enabling Forms.

This appeared after update v4.7.3 When I disabled Forms this error stopped. Our site is on the cloud. I'm perplexed as this error is still been thrown after Forms updated today. I have also posted this on Forms support tread. Can any throw some light on this for me, as I do want to use forms but I'm suspecting it might be something else. Thanks

Thanks Marc, I notice that the title or subject is the same as a tag for searching!! I have just been working with messages and moving from emailing to messaging and I use folders OK. We reserve our composing of messages for staff only so our students can reply and this is working very well now. I'm, also a fan of pinboard https://pinboard.in and at the moment I'm saving a private link for the important emails regarding accounts. This is very useful.

Is it possible to tag private messages or are there way to organise them as well as folders. Thanks

I’ll test it on other phones this evening, I appreciate what you are saying, I am not sure what the effect of the media css classes would have. I’ll also test other sites on the phone and do some analytics on that. I’ll also try deleting cache although it’s the same on several browsers.

Our cloud hosted site is becoming slower and slower to load on my phone, iPhone 13pro, ios 16? Today it is taking several minutes? Desktop is fine. I have been noticing this over the last week or so. This is really going to frustrate our clients. Can I do anything to help this? Now I'm trying to login to this forum on my phone before i go out and its just hanging, so its not my site, it's Invision too!
