  1. Hello! In the attached picture there is the message of no permission that appear if a user enter in a page without permission. The question is: is it possible to hide or modify the two buttons at the bottom? ("Contact us" and "Existing user? Sign in") Thank you in advanced
  2. Hi Marc, we will put it in the suggestion area then. We already tried to use pages in past but since blog feature exists, we would use it. In a page we can't create blogs, we can just post links to external third part website. If there is a way that we are missing, please let us know.
  3. Hi Mark, do you think that in future there will be the chance to see this feature implemented? It would be extremely useful. Such as you can decide if a user is able to see a subforum inside a Forums, this should work similar also for Blogs and blog category. Also having the ability to select groups rather than individual members would be enough (Inside the option "Members allowed to read this blog") Thanks again for your reply and your effort!
  4. Hi all, we were trying to create a category inside "blogs" and we want to make it visible and accessible only to some groups... In AdminCP we didn't find how to set permissions to a blog category. Hiding the category does not prevent to access to it because if you have the link of the category, you will be able to access to the category itself. Also, the System->Site Features->Applications-> Blogs->Permissions is not helping us to set the permission on only one single category (but for all the category). We noticed that we have the chance to set the visibility for users but not groups, this is not helpful... it is not convenient inserting every single member for every single category and every time a new user joins the community. There is a way to set a permission on a single category to a selected group (e.g. members, administrators, etc.)? Thank you in advance

Hello Marc, in our Forums page (the one in which you can see all the Forums cards with image, title, description and the last topic) there is a card that shows a not yet published topic, even in the case of anonymous users. As you can see in the attached picture, no user has signed in (box 1) and the topic "testbis" written by E. (box 2) is visible even if its publication date was set to June 2023. We didn't expect this behaviour.

Sorry if I was not clear, what I'm referring to is the presence of posts in the Forum Grid (image with text "test" highlighted) that have not yet been published inside the Forum, publication has been scheduled but has not yet occurred (in fact, as can be seen from the second image, the user cannot see the "Test" topic in the list of published topics) Please let me know in case you need additional clarification. We also tried to find the notes area but it is not present inside client area, could you explain further exactly what you mean by "notes area" and where we can find it. Thx

  14. Hi @Daniel F, we need to create a webhook when a transaction ends with success, so if we try to create a webhook from the Admin panel we cannot see the transaction event in the below list. You have already implemented the transaction rest API, is it possible implement a transaction webhook in the webhook create section? Thank you in advance

  17. Hi @Marc Stridgen, thank you for your support. Additionaly to what we have already told you, if we try to enter the community with an incognito page we can see a couple of pages but in every forum or other more specific thing we always get the 503 error. We also want to point out that for us this problem has quite a serious impact as we link some of our services to some community pages. Please provide us updates as soon as possible

Hi all, We didn't found any restriction on this email address, can you send us the same message using the Invision "Messages" section? @Jim M Can you also specify in the privete message our email address that you are using to contact us? Our email provider tried to send us emails using other test address and we received them all...
