  1. Hi!

    I need an app/plugin option that will automatically send a notification or direct message to a user when they tag another (specific) user. 

    This is how I would like it to work.

    1. Lucy is writing a post and tags "@John".
    2. Lucy automatically gets a direct message or notification alert with a message.
      1. Message/notification would either
        1. Contain a video & text embedded within OR
        2. Contain text + a hyperlink to a specific page (where we can embed a video).

    Please let me know if this is something you can help develop.

  3. Hello - 

     

    We received the following notification and checked with Cloudways if it is okay to change the format to "Dynamic". They recommended asking Invision Community if it's safe as they said that there might be issues in losing data.

    Has anyone here experienced changing the database format? What was your experience and what do you recommend?

    We are looking to create a backup of the database before CW will update it and in case something goes wrong, we will add it back (this way we will lose only a few records).

    Thank you for the reminder email you sent (with subject: A reminder on support changes")
     
    Can you please clarify how we can contact your support team/community moving forward?
     
    We used to be able to send a support ticket by clicking the Support button. Here's a screenshot. I tested it today and nothing happens when I click on the button.

    I'm seeing a dark blue button at the right bottom of the page that says "Visit Our Community" - is this where we can ask for support now?
