Hello, We got a request regarding additional rules, and we wondered if there is someone able to help us. Currently we are looking for a rule on the following actions. Whenever an Q&A post is upvoted with the arrow, when someone gives the upvote. Whenever an Q&A post is upvoted with the arrow, when someone receives the upvote. A rule for the person that has given the “Best answer” Lastly, We wondered if you could make a rule based on how much of the profile is filled in. Is it even possible for these rules to be made? Hello, We got a feature suggestion regarding the google captcha, in one of our other posts we concluded that the login does not have a google captcha on it. However with the recent rise in spam accounts on our forum (which are most likely all hacked accounts). We wondered if there was a possibility you could add the google captcha on the login? Hello, Considering the amount of spam attacks recently we try to minimize te risk of hacking into with older accounts. I have been searching for an option to periodically, let's say yearly, force a user to reset their password. I can't find it or a question related to this on the forum. So when a user logs in and their password hasn't changed for at least 365 days then they would need to change their password upon logging in. Is this possible?

Thanks! But on the question, is there Google Captcha for logins in Invision? Then for bots it less easy to try logins on the forum.

Gary send me to this topic. We also have the problem since this week. We where thinking that a Google Captcha on Login maybe would solve te problem. Bot can't automatically login then (or maybe less). But is this possible in Invision?

We experience a problem with spam, lot's of old accounts suddenly post Telegram/Crypto spam. It looks like this is from a data breach with e-mails+passwords. A solution would be to add a Google Captcha to the login form. Is this possible with the current captcha settings? I looks like we only can do this for registration.

Hello, We have a problem with the activity stream shown in the profile. We think it is a configuration error, because we have an acceptance environment which works perfectly. Currently the following is shown on our production environment : We want it to be the same as this: Disabling the plugins/applications doesn't make a difference and everything in “System” > “CONTENT DISCOVERY” > “Search” is the same. Hello, I am currently missing a feature when creating a field for “Profile Fields” . I would like to display the field in two different languages depending on the selected language. The form field name has the possibility to display another language but the options of the select box does not. Is there a way to display a different language in the options of the select box when another language is selected? Example below: When dutch is selected on our forum: The Field name = Geslacht The select box should show options: - Man - Vrouw When english is selected on our forum: The Field name = Gender The select box should show the options: - Male - Female I tried to place a language string in the options field but this does not work. Hello, We recently tried to upgrade the php version of our community from 7.4 to 8.1, after checking the compatibility scanner and fking the few issues we found, we thought that we were able to switch easily. However after we switched, our whole community is broken. And we are wondering if maybe we missed something while upgrading. Currently when you go to the community the only thing that happens is that a blank 0kb file is downloaded. We were able to login to the AdminCP, however after clearing the cache (via the button) the AdminCP is also broken. We enabled in_dev, this resulted in a lot of error messages, the strange thing about this however is that when we compare a fresh install with locally (running on php 8.1) and the version on the server, is that the code that faulty is the same as on the locally run version which works. Hi, We got a question regarding sending the plain version of a Newsletter. We can’t get it to send and we don’t know where to look, and if we have may be configured something incorrectly. We have a newsletter with an HTML template. And also a plain version. See this screen below. When we Preview Plain and Test Distribution Plain, it is correct. But when we do a Publish Newsletter, only the HTML template is send. We noticed that in the newsletters_queue Table we get the following rows: Which to us maybe indicates that we got something configured incorrectly, we aren't sure however and we can't find anything. Because the Plain version is not send. Hopefully somebody can help us with this problem.

We checked with the hosting company. There is no caching enabled on the server. Do you have a clue where we could look to find out how this happened?

This was really a problem of the cache of invision. All users (also fresh / incognito browser) had the problem. After Clear Cache in AdminCP the problem was gone. We will check this first!

Hello, Recently we have been experiencing an issue with the .css cache of our community. For example, today we woke up to the forum looking like this: We know we have a handful of custom applications, but these haven’t changed in a while, is there a possibility a new update causes this problem? We found the problem, the mysql wasn’t the problem the elastic search server wasn’t able to connect, thank you for the help.
