You have quite a mix of permissions on files and folders there. This is causing issues with various javascript items loading on your site, so you need to resolve those first of all. The following folders should be writable

    applications
    datastore
    plugins
    uploads
    uploads/logs

What that is will depend on your hosting company.

A lot of files there tend to be set to 666 which is unusual. Generally they would be 644, but again it very much depends on your hosting

I have 755 permissions to the said folders. "logs" is not there.

It seems working now. However, if another permissions are required do let me know.

  2. i am unable to find add new theme button nor find upload theme tab. using version 4.6.11.

“In the AdminCP, navigate to Customization -> Themes. Click the Add Theme button, and then the Upload Theme tab. Select the xml file for your theme from your computer.“

Instead when i click In the AdminCP, navigate to Customization -> Themes. Create New >> Manual Upload and while uploading getting error

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@********* to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    What is wrong?

  3. I have just renewed QNMV-************ and it is attached with the URL ****** while i have another license N6QI-********* which is also attached with *********

Now i want to use QNMV-********** on my another website, but when i click on change licensed url it says
“ Sorry, there is a problem
There seems to still be an installation of Invision Community at the URL on file. Before you can change the URL, you must first remove the existing installation.”

Since both license are attached with same location, i believe that’s why it shows the error. Kindly free QNMV-*********** so i can attached it with another URL.
