Hello. I run into an issue with my board. I did a fresh IPS 4.7.5 install and converted there a database from phpbb 3.3.9. Once all the background processes were finished, I've decided to merge the admin account I've installed the IPS board with together with my admin account from the phpbb3 database. I did a database backup before that. Something went wrong and I couldnt log in on the merged account anymore. I've been getting the wrong password error. I've tried to use "forgotten password", but nothing was sent to my email adress. I kept getting "You're account is blocked for the next 14 minutes". It kept on showing even after over 30 have passed. I've decided to do a database backup, but I still cant log in. Same old message = "Your account is blocked for the next 14 minutes". I've tried on two web browsers and have deleted cookies. Nothing helped. Its quite weird that it still happens on the backup. Can anyone here from the support staff reset my password?

Sorry to bring this topic up again, but I would like to delete a members group together with its users completely from the database. How can I do it? Whenever I try to remove a group, the only option I see is to move its users to another existing group. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's the exact same adress, but when I am trying to install the board I am getting the error Ive pasted in the first post. Yes, Ive installed a test board on this test license and the same subdomain name before, but its been since deleted and I am trying to install new one again. How am I supposed to do that?

Hello. I need to restart the board from scratch and all I have is the database backup made at IPS 4.7.0. I am planning to do a fresh install at this version and then upgrade to the newest version. Where can I download that version? In cliean area I see only the newest. Greetings

I've tried to reinstall my main board under licensed domain and I am getting the notification that my license key is already in use, even though all the files from the previous installations are already removed. Is it possible to reset it, so I can start from scratch with my main and test board?

Your license key entitles you to one test installation only. Could it be resetted, please?

Hello, I used to have user names with two characters only on my board. I recently merged two boards and users with two characters have added random numbers to their log in, ie AA to AA84465098. I am trying to change their user names in ACP, but I am getting this: The value must be at least 3 characters long. I've checked all over ACP to where can I change it to 2 characters, but can't find anything. I am sure it works though, as one of these boards before merging had working log ins with 2 characters was also on IPS 4.7.0. How could I change it? Thanks in advance!

Hello. I want to create a test board on a subdomain of my current board, but I keep getting this error: A test installation has already been activated for this license key. Your license key entitles you to one test installation only. I have no other test installation. I might have had some long time ago, but none of them are online anymore. Can we use the test installation only once? Or is there any other way to maybe reset it? Greetings

I cant code yet and it seems like you'd need to type it in there from scratch as mentioned earlier font awesome icons needed for an alternative logo are nowhere to be found in the darkmode template. I'll wait for the official update then. Both, my iPhone and PC are in a dark setting, but I want to use my website in light colors and as a result whenever I am opening a page on the forums it changes to dark theme for like a second or two and then goes back to light mode. I dont think it has anything to do with cookies as I havent cleared them and I'm experiencing it from both my phone and computer. Greetings

Where do you find the font awesome icons youre using there? Ive been looking trough the editor in ACP, on ftp trough themes/theme/css/darkmode/front/darkmode.css and various folders in applications/darkmode and couldnt find anything... Sorry if its a silly question, but I am a beginner in those things and am struggling with it for the last couple of hours. I'd love to be able to use a light logo in the dark mode. Any help with solving this would be greatly appreciated! Great app!

I just checked some random words and it indeed works with keywords that have more than three letters in it. When I try "wwe" it bring 0 results, even though it had been used thousands of times in various posts on the board. Unfortunately, my members are going to search for a ton of words that consist of only three letters. Is it possible to fix it?

Hello, I am using Invision Community v4.6.12.1. I am bringing back an old forum back to life. First, I've installed IPB 4.1 and made a backup and then did an upgrade to the newest stable version. The problem was, that the search engine could only find the posts that were made recently and not the old ones from the backup. I've rebuilded search index in ACP, waited 3 days for the process to finish and now the search engine doesnt work at all. Brings 0 results from either the backup and recent posts. Is there any way to fix it? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
