Thanks for your response. Videos and pictures are stretched on the whole page on both default Inivision theme and the one I am using (which is actually based on the default one with just different colors and font size). -
Hello, I've noticed that the size of embedded pictures and youtube videos in posts are very big and it makes scrolling threads very uncomfortable when theres plenty of those in one place. How to set a fixed resolution for these? Greetings

Hey, I need to import several RSS feeds from Facebook fanpages to my community. The video's aren't showing up. I've seen that bugs with FB embedding had been reported here several times in the past and the staff commented on working on the issues. Is there a way to make it work now? Greetings

Okay, weirdly enough, everything seems to work now... How can I send the unsent 10K emails safely now and do such things without problems in the future?

Do you mean some tmp folder on ftp or something else?

Thanks for your response. I cleared the cache a few times and tried to send emails from another email adresses and I am still geting the same errors.

Users cant verify freshly registered accounts too. It shows the same error: 4C143/1 filesize(): stat failed for (...) public_html/datastore/updatecount_themes.fb3babd425.php It seems like the board is unable to send any emails at all now.

I've tried with various email settings. When trying to send a test email, even when everything is turned off, I am getting this: IPS\Email\Outgoing\Exception: filesize(): stat failed for (...) public_html/datastore/b03f91a0bd1d532821fb872e70e15957_email_html.fb3babd425.php (0) Not sure if its changing anything, but I am trying to send over 12k emails.

Hello, I've recently tried to send a bulkmail to a certain group of users and got this error: 4C143/1 Server did not accept message for delivery but provided no error message. Around 15% of the group members got their emails and then the error occured. What may be the problem?

Hello, After weeks of testing, I am about to finally make my board live to the public. I will have to move it to another server and under new domain. I would like to ask here first though to avoid problems in the future. Steps I am planning to do: Moving files from public_html to its destination on another server. Changing domain name in the IPS Client Area. Changing domain name in the conf_global.php. And thats it? Should I also change some fields in the database? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I've noticed that in some topics the statistics arent showing properly. I've attatched two screenshots of how it should and shouldnt look like. Not sure if thats the reason, but the topics where its not showing well were recently brought back from the archives. What might be the problem?

Hello, I have an impression that the default IPS style I am using has lots of empty spaces on the board that are not necessary. I would like to condense the layout as much as possible on the main page, forums, blocks, etc. Does anyone know how to condense it as much as possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I've recently merged two Invision Community boards. I've noticed that posts on one of those have multiple "enters" typed in. Example: When looking it up in the database, it looks like this: " <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> abcd </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> abcd </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p></p> <p>abcd</p> <p></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> What could cause this issue and how to solve it? Is there a way to remove the additional <p>< /p> tags in SQL to remove them?

Hello, I am using an Activity Stream among a few other blocks on my board. On a PC, those blocks are positioned on the right side of the board. However, while I am scrolling on a mobile, they're being shown last after the forums list. I would like to show first the Activity Stream and then the list of forums on the mobile. How can I do that? I guess a custom css is necessary? Any help with it will be greatly appreciated! Greetings, Marcin

Hello, The merging process had been completed. It has been performed a couple of days ago. The ACP shows: After the merging, I've also cleared the system cache and recounted user posts on the whole board. Like I've written earlier, after merging of two users, some of the posts and topics are being left off and show up on the board as being made by a "Guest". For example, I've clicked on the IP adress of the post made by a "Guest" and that leads me to a page where I can see that these posts had been made by both "Guest" and the user it should be merged with. Is there a way to merge the lost posts to the other account trough the IP adress they're sharing? I am planning to merge a lot more users together in the future. How to avoid such problems?

Hello, Why the topic was marked as solved? Like I've written earlier, after merging users the way I've described above, I am having ghosts posts and topics on the board, made by "Guest". It's not connected to the background processes, as they're all finished. I've also resynchronized all user post counts. It seems like the merging process is not done well and some posts/topics are left off. How to fix this issue? I am running the newest version of IPS.

Hello, I've recently merged two boards and theres lots of user accounts that need to be merged. The problem I have is that after marging the user accounts, it seems like one of them is deleted and not merged at all. I have many posts and topics now created by "Guests", which are the accounts of users that needed to be merged into one. I am doing it by going to Members -> User -> Account actions -> Merge with another account -> I choose the user account and the one I want to keep. Am I doing something wrong?

Topic might be closed. I've changed the boards email to another in the database, cleared the cache and then I was able to reset the password.

Thank you for your answer, but like I've written in the first post, I am not getting any emails from the board when trying to reset the password. I've tried a few more times and thats what I am getting: You have recently submitted a password reset request. Check your email within the next few minutes including any junk or spam folders. I've checked all the spam folders. Whats concerning me now is that I've noticed I havent recieved any email from the board at all before, even the welcoming mail after installation. Not sure how its possible, but maybe the board isnt sending any emails, becase theres none setted up in the options? Can I edit it somehow in the mysql? Just tried to register a test account and again, the board is not sending any confirmation emails.
