I'm getting the same error following the update to 4.6.12. It affects audio attachments (and possibly some other file types)

I would suggest typing them in then inserting the player beneath it to accomplish this at the moment. There would be no method in the core software at this time.
You're welcome to provide your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation for a future release.

Sorry, there are no means in this. I would suggest using the Downloads application if you wish for your users to download files as this is what this application is meant for.

Zapier integration is currently in beta stages and CIC clients can sign up.
