  1. Appears to be showing up, might want to check your member groups which you assigned it to. Your user will need to be in all groups which are shown an ad to see it. This way if one of those groups is a group you do not want to show ads to, they won't get it. Here is the ad I saw below:
  2. Have you since resolved this issue? I see that the user has received one more message. It could be the user has disabled their mailbox.
  3. Is this a custom profile field which you added or are you referring to the default birthday field in our software? If the latter, this should conform to your locale which is being used in your language pack. For instance, I am using English USA so my date form is MM DD, YYYY.

  5. When testing members on your community with just the VIP group, I am only seeing the forums which you have specified in their permissions. However, according to the groups set on users with multiple, I am seeing all which is expected.
  6. You will want to go to ACP -> Members -> Reputation & Reactions -> Leaderboard -> Exclude these groups.
  7. Please be aware at this time PHP 8.1 is not supported. Only PHP 8.0 is. While the software may work, you may encounter issues.

  9. This would be any and all content on your community. There is nothing specific for replies in the default software, I'm afraid.
  10. What Stuart was referring to was the automated alert from Android when PWA is configured. This is not something which is configurable in the software or available on iOS, however.
  11. Are you referring to the Guest bar in ACP -> System -> Terms & Privacy Policy? I would need a screenshot here what you're referring to in our software as what you're describing, I'm afraid, does not exist.
  12. I'm afraid, there isn't a setting in our core software to ask a user to add your site as their homepage.
  13. Something seems odd about what is happening here so I have moved this to a ticket to get this further evaluated. You will receive an email detailing any further correspondence.

  15. This would be related to your other ticket where you're missing Javascript files on your server. Once we resolve that, it should also resolve this but if not, please feel free to reply back here.
  16. Unfortunately, not all areas are directly editable by the Easy Mode editor like you're trying to perform. As well, others may reference off of other colors which you have set. Additionally, I'm afraid, customization of themes is outside our scope of support. I can move this to our community support forum so you can further receive the information you are seeking here in modifying your theme.
  17. I would still advise upgrading to Beta 2, then we can take a further look at this.
  18. Seems there are few missing Javascript files on your server. I would suggest upload a fresh set of files from your Client Area. As Beta 2 was released, this may require an upgrade. Please let us know if that does not help.
  19. To confirm, all files/folders are owned by the correct user/groups for your server?
  20. Has this only happened since you upgraded to 4.6.10 Beta 1? Could you please upgrade to Beta 2 then test the RSS import again?
