  1. This is new in the latest release:
  2. Did you require subscriptions on your community? If so, this would be intended if you do not own a subscription on your account.
  3. Sorry for the inconvenience. Looks like a new issue popped up with this which we are aware of and working on a fix.
  4. I just responded to your ticket with an answer. This is due to you are requiring subscriptions on registration.
  5. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
  6. Are you using an email service which imposes it's own link tracking which may be obfuscating this URL?
  7. Google can remove pages from time to time based on their algorithm. There is not a bug in the software itself which would cause all pages being dropped from Google, or we would have some pretty angry customers on our hands here 🙂 . Looking at your community, I am not seeing anything obvious. I would suggest taking a look at Google Webmasters to see if there is any insight to what you're seeing there. I do see that your robots.txt file is blocking a user agent I am unfamiliar to your root which shouldn't be an issue but you'll want to test that in Google Webmasters as well.
  8. Correct. This would be all third party applications and plugins plus switch your user to an unmodified theme. You would simply do this temporarily to see if this resolves the issue. If it does not you can enable them again. However, if we need to investigate, please be aware that we would need to disable them as well while we work.
  9. Please note that this gets done via a background task. You can check the progress by going to ACP -> System -> Dashboard -> Background Processes. If these tasks are not running, please check in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration to see how you're processing these. If it is via CRON, please contact your hosting provider to ensure the CRON job is setup correctly. If they are ran via traffic, please start viewing the front-end of your community for a while or consider switching to CRON. If after a while they do not run, please check the System log for any errors. If you are still having issues, please ensure the access details on file are correct.

We are in the process of assisting you via your ticket and have requested for access as your access details are not correct. Please update your access details in the Client Area.
  11. Glad to hear you found your solution there.
  12. Yes, as a moderator, you would utilize the "Split" functionality to split the posts from the current topic to a new or different existing topic.
  13. Software downloads are only available for self-hosted clients. As you are on cloud, we would need to handle any beta changes for you via a ticket. I can move this to a ticket, if you would like? Please be aware that beta software can have errors/issues which are not immediately resolved. Only asking for a beta if you understand this and can go a few days with errors/issues present.
  14. Glad to hear you found the solution to the issue.

  16. Please check the System Logs for errors. More than likely there are a lot of errors you are being alerted to which need resolving. These could be from third party add-ons or something else. If you require further assistance, please update the access details in the Client Area so we can take a further look.
  17. Please be advised I have transferred this to a ticket so that we can take a closer look at this for you. You will receive further communication via email.
  18. The given topic which that is a part of is archived but the post was added after the topic was archived. Do you have any third party items which may add posts like this? If so, this may be causing an issue.

  20. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  21. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  22. You would need to check what the internal server error is there. Internal server errors are very much like the check engine light on your car. It says something is wrong but not what or where. Please have your hosting provider provide the error log entry for this particular error and we can provide further guidance if it is not a hosting issue. The page does not exist error may be related to mod_security blocking something on your server or a missing file. Please check first with your hosting provider to see if mod_security is enabled and then temporarily disable it to test.
  23. Please add any feature requests to our official Feature Suggestion forum so they do not get lost here 🙂.
  24. As Randy mentioned, this cannot be mass applied.
