Thanks for your replies. I've disabled all third party applications and plugins also including the advertising. 

The browser still does this, I've tried the latest Firefox browser on my mobile and my laptop and it still does it. It's not a massive problem as the member has said he'll just use a different browser, but it would be good to know what's causing it. 

I honestly didn't think people still used Firefox. 

My members are very confused with this app and don't seem interested in using it.

I honestly thought it was like vbookie which I had on vBulletin back in the days. 

Basically i'd put up a bet inside a thread and member would bet on the options I put up a bet Middlesbrough v West Brom for example, options would be win, lose, draw, a red card during the game. I'd set the odds for each bet in this game and they'd bet, i'd then select the winning outcomes once the game was over. Members would place as many bets against my bet as they wanted to. It was simple!

I've also got a problem with this, one of my topics which I put some bets on, won't load up it says too many redirects. 

One of my members still uses Firefox and when he's viewing a thread with a lot of pages, when he clicks next, instead of going to the first message on the top of the next page, it goes to the bottom of the page which can be seen in the video attached. I tested it on this forum and it works as it should. I've diasabled all my plugins, applications and advertisements and used the default theme but it still happens.

When I try to make a bet it keeps highlighting the bet amount when I click place bet??

Hosts aren't very helpful, they said everything works their end when they tried. 

I did notice that its not all templates and on the globalTemplate, if it remove the following which is at the bottom of the template, I am able to save the template.

If this is still due to something blocking the template from saving on the server then I might just change host, I've been thinking of changing hosts for a while, I know you mentioned your cloud based offer but that's a bit expensive for me as this is just a very small hobby site of mine.

I have just tried to update one of my themes and i was blocked by BitNinja so I believe that is the problem

They also said they can't turn it off as i'm on a shared server.

I may have to find a new host if they can't resolve the issue.

On checking, I could see that your IP 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' was blocked on the server which I have unblocked now. Also had a check on mod_security where there weren't any issues reported.

Please have a check by turning OFF the plugins one by one and try to save the template as this may also cause due to plugins issues.

So I'm not sure what I can check now.. seems strange I can't edit them but I can upgrade my custom theme.

Where are the templates stored on the file system, are they in the uploads folder?

I am unable to edit any of my templates, I just get the following warning. 

This was attempted on my phone but I have the exact same problem on my laptop too. Been like this for a good few months but I need to add a few things to a template but it won't let me.

The message area where you usually type, isn't coming up for some members. 

But other members it is, these members are in the same usergroup so their settings should be the same as i've never changed any member settings.

Its only just recently happened too, i've have 2 people on the forum stating this. I'm running 4.7.0 Beta 9.

That's the access details updated, apologies for it being out of date. 

I've managed to login but get the template error again. Also the /ips4.php file works now.

I just switched between a few php version. 

One thing I did note is that the /admin/index.php file was set to CMOD 0664 I changed it to 0644 and that got rid of the Error500. 

Just need to get rid of the template error in admincp.

I changed the .htaccess so it just includes:

I got a Error 500 just on the admin, but I believe thats because I removed the old admin folder and replaced it with the new one direct from the client area. I put the old one back in and I could log into the admin but now it says:

[[Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

Obviously the error tells me to use the support tool in the AdminCP but I can't get into it 🙂

I zipped up all the old admin files, then deleted them (Keeping the compressed file). Downloaded the new package then moved the admin folder to the /publix_html folder and it still comes up with the error.

Very bizarre!

I moved from Invision to XenForo but didn't like it so moved back. I had a snag with attachments so nothing transferred, not too fussed about that. But after installing invision forum again then doing an upgrade I can no longer move widgets on my homepage, where you drag them into position, at the moment it just selects the text. Also, I can't access admincp, it says "The page you requested does not exist" so at the moment I can't do anything. 

I have all the files in the admin folder but not sure why I can't access Admin Panel.

This sounds like an issue with the RSS reader either interrupting the URL/query string correctly or unable to access your community.

Okay thanks for that, I did try an invision community feed in inoreader and it worked. So there is something wrong, I just need to know what. I have just tried another newsreader feeder and that worked. So the feed does work "like you said" but i'll have too look at what is stopping it working on some of the newsreaders.

One of my members is struggling to get RSS feeds from my site on to any of the external news readers he uses.

I'm helping @Catsmother with this. Each themes statistics widget is saying different things. If I click on the arrow on the left to get into the widgets settings then click edit on the forum statistics then save, it updates, but then it doesn't update for a good few hours. Its very strange! The sidebar is set to update every minute too. So i don't know what could stop this from updating.
