  2. Please update this on file within your client area, along with correct ftp details.
  3. Before we do anything further, please rebuild the search index with those items switched off, then test again once the index is done. You can do this from system>Settings>Search using the button in the top right

  5. If you go through what others have suggested above, that will indeed get you a decent privacy policy. As was mentioned by Chris, often taking a look at what others have done can be extremely helpful too
  6. When looking at that table, that means that is where its hooked. You can see there is a plugin ID (21) on that table, meaning it is indeed coming from a plugin. The plugin on your system with that ID is "Subscription Privacy"

    We provide only integration with sendgrid. We can send emails through any email provider at all. Just to clarify that point

  14. The software will indeed show a player on the software. That was changed some time ago. There would be no way to download unless the operating system (the mobile) has the functionality for this

Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.     On reading your ticket there, it appears the issue there is connection between your server and twitter, which is something you would need to resolve with your hosting company.
  17. You would need to contact your hosting company to resolve that issue, as its an issue with your PHP configuration, as mentioned in the message there.
